Validate
whether a check for your solution is required during a free 30 minutes video call.
For this, don't hesitate to contact us immediately and schedule our first (video-) call to share your concerns and claims. For this call, please prepare the following documents (if available):
- PV Layout / String Plan
- Single Line Diagram
- Invoice that shows which inverters, solar panels and other materials have been used
- Pictures, screenshots or videos of problems (if any)
Analyze
your solution remotely for free.
Based on our call and with your approval, our specialists will access your Online Monitoring platform to analyze the performance of your solution remotely.
After a thorough analysis, we will share all challenges that we discovered to you and also recommend whether an on-site inspection is required or not.

Navigate
to your facility to inspect the installation thoroughly.
During this step, we will meet at your facility to inspect every detail of the installation and find potential causes for the poor performance. Additionally, we will highlight all potentially hazardous parts of the installation for you that we come across.
* Please note that we only highlight challenges during our site assessment. We will not solve the challenges directly, since this lies within the responsibility of the installation company.
Develop and Deliver
a detailed Report about the discovered challenges and potentially hazardous parts of your installation.
Based on our findings during the site assessment, we would create a detailed report, which includes:
- A list of found challenges.
- Explanations of why these parts of the installation can cause loss in performance or are potentially hazardous.
- A list of additional information or clarifications that is required from the installer company (if any).
- Recommendations on how to solve the challenges.
- Additional explanations tailored to your concerns.

Follow up!
Negotiations with the installation company to fix the challenges can be very cumbersome. Consequently, we offer a free, 2-hour clarification session together with you, the installer and all other parties involved.
During this session, we support you to agree with the installation company on how and when to solve your concerns as well as to make sure that all potentially hazardous parts are corrected.

Pricing Structure
Besides our set of free services, and if we agree that an investigation is required, we will agree on the following reimbursements that allow our experts to dedicate all required time and efforts to solve your challenges as fast as possible.
Please note that those fees can often be re-claimed from the installer company:
- Site assessment: €120.00 per hour
- Report creation: €120.00 per hour
- Clarification session: 2 hours free. After that: €120.00 per hour
- Traveling: €60.00 per hour
- Train and flight tickets: as required
- 1 night accommodation if >400km distance or >4h travel time
